These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 777qd platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player" or "you") and 777qd (hereinafter "777qd", "the Platform", "we" or "us") governing your access to and use of the 777qd website located at https://777qd.cam and all associated services, features, games and functionality offered therein (collectively, the "Services").

To register and maintain an Account on the 777qd platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. 777qd strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time. Accounts where age eligibility cannot be verified will be suspended pending resolution.
You must not be a resident of, or currently located in, a Restricted Territory. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. For users in Pakistan, the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and applicable provincial laws may restrict or prohibit online gambling. 777qd does not claim authorisation from any Pakistani government authority, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) or any Pakistani financial institution.
Each natural person may hold only one Account on the 777qd platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or through third parties, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
You must be acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party. You must have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
To access the full range of Services — including deposits, withdrawals and higher account limits — you must complete the registration process and, where required, the KYC identity verification process.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address and contact number. Submission of false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture.

Documents must be uploaded exclusively through the platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. You must never send identity documents via unsecured email, social media or chat channels.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify 777qd immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. 777qd accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are not permitted and will result in reversal of funds and possible account suspension. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier at the time of transaction.
Payment references on this platform include methods familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfer via institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These references are provided for contextual familiarity only. The actual payment methods available at any given time are determined by the Operator and displayed in the live Cashier. None of the named payment providers endorse, affiliate with or support 777qd or any gambling service.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for users in the Pakistan market. All transactions are denominated in PKR unless otherwise specified in the Cashier. Exchange rate variations applicable to cryptocurrency deposits, where available, are the responsibility of the User.
777qd may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and other incentives to registered users. Participation in any promotion is voluntary and subject to the specific terms published for that promotion in addition to these General Terms.
777qd employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets across multiple outcomes to guarantee conversion of bonus funds; exploiting technical errors or mathematical inconsistencies in game RTP; creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once. Where abuse is detected, 777qd reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings and suspend the Account.
The terms of any welcome or first-deposit bonus are published separately. Illustrative bonus amounts (for example, up to PKR 25,000) stated in promotional materials are subject to qualifying deposit thresholds, wagering requirements and eligibility criteria published in the applicable promotion terms. These are not guaranteed amounts.
All bets placed on the 777qd platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport or game in question, in addition to these General Terms. Specific sports betting rules and casino game rules are published within the relevant sections of the platform.
777qd reserves the right to accept, decline or limit any bet at its discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Bets are confirmed only when a bet reference number is generated and displayed. Verbal or in-chat communications do not constitute bet confirmation.
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds or terms that are manifestly erroneous — including but not limited to the result of a technical fault, human error or data feed corruption — 777qd reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. "Manifestly erroneous" includes odds that are clearly inconsistent with market conditions at the time of bet placement.
In-play betting on events including Pakistan cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments, Test matches), football and UFC is available subject to market availability. Odds in live markets update in real time and may be temporarily suspended during key match moments. Such suspensions are a normal operational feature and do not constitute grounds for complaint. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and the stake returned.
A bet may be voided and the stake returned in circumstances including: event abandonment; settlement error subsequently corrected; bet placed after the event has concluded; or obvious pricing error as defined in clause 7.2. Void bets are excluded from Wagering Requirement calculations.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777qd platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.
777qd is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting players from gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered users and may be activated through the Account dashboard without requiring contact with the support team.
777qd reserves the right to impose protective deposit, loss or session limits, or to initiate a cooling-off period or self-exclusion, where account behaviour or other indicators suggest that a User may be experiencing gambling-related harm. Such measures may be applied without prior notice.

The availability of responsible gambling tools does not constitute a representation that use of this platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
All content on the 777qd platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces and functionality — is the property of 777qd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without prior written consent from 777qd.
Game titles, graphics and mechanics made available through the platform may be owned by third-party game providers. All such intellectual property remains the property of the respective rights-holders.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777qd's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Services — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you to your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

777qd reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where:
Where an Account is suspended for investigation, legitimate real-money balances (excluding Bonus Funds subject to ongoing wagering requirements) will be preserved during the review period. The outcome of the investigation determines the disposition of funds.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-qualifying Bonus Funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions. Account closure requests must be submitted by the account holder directly — third-party requests will not be processed.
777qd reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with clause 12.2. The date of the most recent review of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Operator's licence jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to first contact the 777qd support team to seek an informal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the support channel, the dispute will be handled in accordance with the formal complaints and dispute-resolution procedure published by the Operator in its licence jurisdiction.
